Club Meeting Times

Our meeting times are as follows:

Tuesday meeting – every 2nd Tuesday of the month, usually a workshop or outing

Wednesday meeting – every 3rd Wednesday of the month, our judging meeting

In the event of the 2nd Tuesday and 3rd Wednesday occurring in the same week (it happens occasionally), then the Wednesday meeting moves to the following week (4th Wednesday).

Venue: Westville Library (next to library entrance, upper level)

Time: 19h00 (except when advertised differently) till around 22h00

Membership fees:

As you are all aware due to space and time constraints we are unfortunately having to limit the number of members in the club and will not be accepting new members in the following year unless our numbers drop to below 110. We will however allow spouses and immediate families (those who live in the same household) to still join.

If you do not want to continue with your membership please could you let us know so we can adjust our membership numbers. Please remember that if you leave the club you will always be more than welcome as a visitor.

Fees for February 2013 until January 2014 are:

  • Normal membership R250.
  • Pensioners, full-time Students with student cards or School learners R125.

For new members:

  • In addition to the aforementioned fees, there will be a once-off joining fee of R100 for all new memberships.

Immediate family members of current paid-up WCC members are allowed to apply for membership during the course of the year. Those applications will receive preferential processing.
